In this lesson, you’ll learn about the different types of toothpaste and which might be best for your dental needs.

2.2 Building Your Oral Care Toolkit: Hygiene Adjuncts
In this lesson, you’ll learn about additional oral hygiene products or tools that can be used alongside regular brushing and flossing. These are called hygiene adjuncts and include things like an electric toothbrush, mouthwash, water flossers, and tongue cleaners.
